Not satisfied with the design?
We will refund your purchase upon returning the artwork. Our return policy lasts 90 days, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@gear-mate.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
For questions about specific items, feel free to reach out. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, 85% of your order's total value will be refunded via your original payment method. The remaining 15% is retained to cover transaction fees and hosting platform costs. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
