Returns and Refunds


Not satisfied with your design? We’ve got you covered. At GearMate, we offer a 90-day return policy, allowing you to return your item within 90 days of receiving it for a refund. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, contact us at info@gear-mate.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded 85% of the order's value to your original payment method, with 15% retained for transaction and platform fees. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
